13. I think you win the internets. Not only is that just one of the funniest and best-presented secrets ever...but I wholeheartedly agree with your TL;DR. I don't hide my faith at all, but in fandom, fandom being what it is, it always feels like if you bring up religion, even if applicable, everyone will assume you're some kind of sheep or moron or zealot or something. I always feel really happy when I find someone in my fandom who shares my faith (or at least has faith and is open about it), because I feel like it gives us another level to discuss things on.
And you're right--it's like fandom. Like, I'm sure there are sane, not annoying *insert fandom here* fans, but the ones that you notice more often are the ones who give the fandom a bad name.

I don't know who the guy you're referring to at the bottom is.

Props. Serious props.

16. Aw. I still kind of do that do. (I'm tempted to change the CD in my alarm clock to something with a soundfile of the TARDIS materializing, just because if anything will make me leap out of bed, it'll be that).

25. Somewhat guilty of the fanart (even if it's not anime these days). Man, though, it's like a drug.

41. John Simm or the Master. Because if it's the former, I definately agree with you. And if it's the latter...I still might...

53. I think I have to empathize with this secret. I mean, I do sorta ship Master/Doctor, but it's the same way I ship, say, Pintel/Ragetti from PotC. I think they're a couple and there's definately romance, but mostly, I just love the interaction and subtext, and "cute" as the couple may be, I still don't really want to read about them kissing or screwing or anything. I just have no interest.
I think there was something between the Master and the Doctor. It's part of my personal canon as far as I see the series. But I don't really want to read about it, or even think to hard about it. It's sort of like when I have friends in sexual relationships--I don't really want details.
Their interaction is dynamite, and I do wish there were more fic simply of them interacting (with subtext for them that want it) instead of "Master dominates Doctor with torture-porn!"

Psst--You left out Ainley/Six. Great chemistry there too!

64. I'm not sure who the first guy is, but I think that's a wonderful reason to start listening to anyone. D'aw, adorable Help!-era Paul.

65. Y'know, I kind of feel the opposite, especially about the ship (just because the sexual tension between Martha and the Doctor seemed too onesided to me--you need two sticks to make a fire), but seriously:
A) Ship what you want. And be open about it. If the fans you know get their panties in a bunch because you like a ship, then they're the wanky kind that we keep seeing secrets about (but that I've never encountered).
B) It's the Doctor. Honestly, I don't see why you can only have one ship. I mean, my OTP is definately Nine/Rose, but there's at least half a dozen other ships I have with the Doctor. Lotta love there, y'know.

67. Now I feel guilty. I'm probably one of the types who ruins it for people (not by spoilers. I really try to avoid those). But it's so good, I want to get everyone into it. Usually that works, but sometimes I guess people are tired of the hype.
I'm glad you tried it. It's such a great show. And Jewel Staite is made of adorable (did you see her in that one episode of Dead Like Me where she was a goth? Fun times!)

70. I thought it was kinda appropriate.

79. I'd say, just get back on the horse, but I have no idea what could make you "lose confidence." Did someone tell you your art was really bad or something? Because really, especially for crack-pairing art, you should be drawing for you.

I've only ever seen the pilot episode of Dead Like Me. :(

The problem is when people don't give you something to look forward to seeing it. Just saying "IT'S SO GOOD" or "YOU SHOULD SEE IT BECAUSE IT'S POPULAR RIGHT NOW" really don't come off as good reasons. Spoilers just spoil it even more. lol

I still try to give things a chance, though. How else would I be able to make my own opinion? :)

John Simm. I tried to get a picture of him that made it clear he wasn't in character for anything, but oh well xD;

In all honesty, now that I think about it, I think it has more to do with Rose being taken away a little quickly for my liking. But I'm used to series where characters aren't eliminated for at least 3 or 4 seasons (and seriously hope David Tennant is going to be around longer). I was also really sad when Christopher Eccleston was only there for one season, Nine was so cute in his own, goofy, big-eared way.

Did someone tell you your art was really bad or something?

On the contrary, a lot of people liked my art. Basically, I tried to get into an art school type thing, I happened to get a glimpse at the other applicants' work, and came to the conclusion that compared to them, I suck. The hilarious thing is that I actually did get accepted to the school, eventually (but it was only because some other applicant dropped out and there was a free slot).

I have been trying to coax myself into gear lately; I've been sketching and doodling the other character when I have empty hands and nothing to do. The character in question is rarely drawn by anyone in the fandom, as he's deemed to be hard to draw. So I figure if I can get myself to draw him even halfway well, the rest will be smooth-ish-esque sailing.

Hi, 79 OP.

Please come back to the fandom. Don't think I ever saw your work, but I'm in full support of your crack pairing and would like to see more of it.

As for art, eh. Some people will always be better, or always be worse than you. Don't let it bring you down :)
