A magic wand that lets its bearer perform an unlimited amount of actual, break the laws of physics and reality magic, so long as the bearer is me and I'm not being coerced in any way, without paying any kind of price for it. I'd use it to heal, purify water and air, fix broken stuff, make plants grow, stuff like that. I wouldn't mind not being able to charge for services since I could fix my house and clothes and make food and heal myself and travel. Hell, there's nothing stopping me from making more wands and giving them away, although I'd put a "can't harm or coerce anyone" limit on them. And on mine, actually. And figure out how to make somewhere north of 7 billion of them at once. I'd say they needed a "no illegal shit" restriction, but presumably people would use them to get away from oppressive regimes and abusive family and stuff, and governments would try and ban them, plus they'd probably fuck the economy up. It'd be worth it to unfuck the environment and allow for easy space travel and things.

Eh, when you get a wand, turn it into anything you want. The first thing I'd do is make sure it'd always be less than a foot away because I'd probably lose mine otherwise.
