My own bought and paid for hybrid studio where I could dance/play music/sing. It has to have one section as large as a standard-sized theatre stage, and another section large enough to record, practice with and store instruments (even if that instrument is a harp or a piano).

And I guess a bathroom or two.

Unfortunately I can't practice playing stuff at home because apartment living. I only own things that are obnoxiously loud.
