What are you looking forward to in 2016?

I've just bought a festival package ( ticket and accomodation) to Tuska Open Air and am pretty high on that right now even though I'll have to eat ramen until jan 25th. Sort of...

Then there's The Secret Life of Pets and other movies to look forward to. I also managed to give away my old loft bed before March.

What are your "I can't wait!" things for next year?

2015 really was a terrible year for a lot of people I've found. I'm holding out hope that 2016 is better though.

Star Wars, since with my current schedule there's no way I'll be able to see it on the big screen before the year is over (in less than a week, lol).

I haven't been to Ireland in 6 years and I'll be going in January with some really great friends. I'm almost anticipating being with my friends than going back to Ireland, which is a great improvement on the sad, lonely self I was earlier this year.

Just generally looking forward to other events vaguely outlined for next year. It's the first year in a few years that actually looks pretty bright for me, so I'm pretty happy about that for now.

It's mixed.

On one hand, Deadpool's coming out, as is Civil War, Secret Life of Pets, etc. Plus I might see about doing a little bit of spring break traveling for once. Maybe Colorado, IDK. Yellowstone would be cool too. Hell, even if I get to see more of my own home state, that would be awesome!

But I'm also graduating, so there's the "post-graduation-what-the-fuck-do-I-do-now" stress lol.

But Deadpool! And Rogue One! And The BFG! I am sooo looking forward to the BFG. It was like, my jam as a kid (well, that, and Danny, Champion of the World.)

a) an improvement
b) being baffled if it turns out as bad as 2015 was

Hey that sounds awesome! Have fun :)

I'm gonna be biking across the U.S. for charity this summer and I'm really pumped about that, can't wait till spring so I can start training on longer rides and actually have daylight!

Also excited for Yooka-Laylee tbh, probably my most looked-forward-to game coming out anytime soon.

"Cry Havoc" is coming out (post apoc sci fi comic with lesbian werewolves and 3 different artists for different times)

The secret life of pets / Finding Dory / New Independence Day movie / Moana / Maybe the Jungle Book idk yet /

A pay rise I hope (or I'm gonna look at different jobs internally, come on guys I need money this is why the younger people don't stick around!)

Kinda hope I can pay off some of these loans. Itty bitty monthly payment plans.

DISHONORED 2 I GET TO BE EMILYYYYY and then I'll play as corvo for the complete experience then EMILY ANOTHER TEN OR SO TIMES

Don't really have anything thus far. Next year my plans are a big ???????? so I guess I'm just waiting to see where things fall.

My bosses are going out of town a bunch of times this coming year (the first of which is at the end of January), which I always look forward to because it means I get to work whatever hours I want, which means I can sleep in every day that they're gone, yay!

Also, I maybe will get some sort of vacation this year (need to talk to my boss about that) which would be nice.

Otherwise, mostly just TV/movies/albums coming out.

It was kind of a rough year for me, but I think I figured out a lot of things about myself. So I guess what I'm looking forward to the most is taking everything I've learned about myself and the world this year and applying it in a productive manner to make my life better. If that makes sense.

On a less philosophical level I'm looking forward to Civil War, Deadpool, Rogue One, Zootopia, Moana, and Ta Nehisi Coates Black Panther run

One of the oldies TV networks I have is going to start showing one of my favorite older shows again! No more will I have to lament a lack of Mama's Family!
