"AO3 is a million times easier to search for fic than lj because you don't have to slog back through 67/? individual chapters of a fic, in reverse"

Agreed. So many fics on LJ communities where I only got to read half the chapters of really amazing, fully completed fics because the author never bothered adding links to all the parts, due to their technical incompetence or just forgetfulness, and the community settings meant they couldn't tag their own fics to make all the chapters easy to find.

At least when you find a completed fic on AO3 you're guaranteed to be able to have all the chapters there in one place.
