...I don't have much to say about the actual secret, but seeing SSE Hydro on the tickets at the top for some ridiculous reason brightened my day. :) I dunno why, I guess because this comm always seems to have all its activity going on when I'm asleep and it feels like over 90% of the commenters are in the U.S. and I'm often left feeling out of the loop because of it - guess it was nice to be reminded that there are some folks around in my corner of the world?

Anyway! *waves hello from Glasgow*

(Though since it also says Birmingham on the ticket lower down I'm now wondering if this is a shot of OP's actual tickets and this means they crossed the country to see the band multiple times, or if it's just a random pic OP found online to use.)

These are my actual tickets :) Though I'm neither from Glasgow nor Birmingham or the UK at all, but I lived there for a while and go back a lot, for work or to see people. And the shows in these cities just fit my travel plans best, but the SSE was my favourite venue, it's awesome!

I've not yet had occasion to visit the Hydro myself (since it's relatively new; though I'm in that area pretty frequently to visit the SECC or the Science Centre across the river), but I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your time in my home town, OP! \o/

I love Glasgow ♥ but this was my first show in the Hydro as well. It's great - very well managed, and it's circular and steep, so even the furthest seats in the upper tiers are not too far away from the stage. Great sound, too. I'm going to see the Libertines there next..well I hope, unless they cancel haha
