Uber vs Lyft
1) How did you enjoy the service?
2) How do passengers work? My sister and I are going to the same location, do we pay extra because there are two of us?
3) How likely is it that we can get an Uber/Lyft at 4am on a Friday night in DC?

2. Me and my girlfriend took the same Uber, we were just charged per milage
3. I would guess likely? I got one at 2-3am in my town, which isn't as big as DC
