Just find out where they live, go to their house, cut one of their tires and let the air out of the other three. They'll have to replace one (no four for three deal for you, asshole) and they'll wear out unevenly, and they'll never drive that car again without thinking about it.

Much simpler than getting them fired. Just make sure you get the right house and car. Don't want to target their neighbor.
