Ooooh I worked at a call center once. Never again, but it did taught me to be nicer to the people who did that kind of job because it was hell.

Anyway, if you can then get a ton of people to complain about her. And if you want to quit, start looking for a job before doing so. Getting fired will only get you bad references while she will remain in her position.
