What is the weirdest dream you've ever had?

Thanks to painkillers I just had this weird Star Wars/Middle Earth/Lovecraft crossover dream where I was an elf jedi who had to kill this squid monster thing who was coming out of the Void and who was the first Sith or something.

I have a lot of weird dreams, but this one is the weirdest I've had at least in a while.

Damn, that is awesome.

I dreamt that my brother tried to have sex with me and I was ashamed because I believed I had kissed him in the past and liked it. To deal with my shame I sat in a barrel filled with cushions shaped like peas and baby carrots in the middle of an open air market. My therapist them showed up because I owed her consultation money.

I've had a number of sex-ish dreams about family members. I hate it so much.

I once dreamt that I was forced to marry my (intellectually disabled) brother in order to get guardianship of him. Fine. But then the priest made me have sex with him while the priest was watching, to ensure the marriage was legitimate. I cried. Luckily I woke up soon after we started.

The themes of social demise are strong here. are you afraid that you'll be poor in the future?

I had one dream where I was having sex with my husband in the dark and then realized in the middle of the dream it was my sister. Scared me bad enough I woke myself up and was sufficiently grossed out for a few days.

Normally my sex dreams are incredibly frustrating. I'm usually trying to have sex with someone (boy or girl as I'm bisexual) and we keep being interrupted sometimes right before I'm going to orgasm. Normally the people I'm trying to have sex with aren't anybody I know. They're usually faceless which sounds creepy but it doesn't bother me much in my dreams.

Once I dreamt that I ate an apple and then a Fantasia-like fairy came out of the core.

I had a horrifying dream once that I was a reporter. And I had to try and report on this story about a zombie whale. And it was like...hopping around on the beach eating parts of itself.

Also, that horrifying dream about my family being taken over by brain worms.

I dreamed I was a gay bank robber, and my lover was the getaway car driver. You'd think that would be a stressful dream but it was surprisingly fun.

I would pay good money to see that movie, or read that book!

I had a dream that I was climbing on a beach made entirely of mattresses as a storm came in. It was a terrible dream.

A dream where I was flying up a winding staircase in some old, old mansion (almost castle-like, I want to say) during a party. I was supposed to warn partygoers that were chilling on the stairs that there was a vampire coming after us. I think I might've told a couple people, otherwise, I just kept moving on up the stairs.

And that's it. I have no idea if there actually was a vampire lurking about, and if there was, if he got anyone else, or if he got me.

Right after I moved into my new house, I took a nap during the day and dreamed that my mom, and one of her friends snuck into the house while I was napping and stole all the extra pillows out of my bedroom closet.
I've probably had weirder dreams, but I don't tend to remember my dreams well. This one was just very vivid, and stuck with me for some reason.

Most of my dreams are weird, but I think I need to give special mention to my first sex dream, in which I was Thomas Jefferson.

LOL! My first sex dream was electric outline people (like everything was black and bolts of lightning shaped like human outlines were merging). My second was 2 female superheroes with magnetic parts of their costumes at the bust and belt that kept pulling them against each other.

In the only sex dream I've ever had, I was Carly from iCarly and I was having sex with Sam. I didn't even ship it at the time.

I always have these really intricate, plot-filled dreams that are really intense, but anyway the weirdest dream I had lately was the one where Bernie Sanders was a professional wrestler. I blame this comm bc it's the only place I see wrestling stuff.

I have a lot of weird dreams, but this one ranks up there:

I dreamt that I was the musician Mike Patton, as in, my consciousness was in his body. But I-as-myself was another character in the dream, too, only I/she was not a POV character. (I'll call her R., my initial.) At one point, I (Mike Patton) realized I was incredibly attracted to R., and I approached her very calmly and cautiously, like one would approach a wild animal, because I knew she was shy and might run away. We started kissing and I could feel everything -- it was one of those dreams where you have all five senses -- and it was a great kiss, and eventually, I slipped my hand down and grabbed R.'s ass. It was a really nice ass, and felt good in my hand. Then we started moving toward the couch.....and at that point the omniscient POV part of my brain was like, "Oh no, you are NOT," and I woke up.

In sum: I dreamt I made out with myself. What the fuck I don't even know

Last night I had what felt like a 3-hour epic dream about an armed coup in the US, with black-masked American revolutionaries taking over the US with nuclear weapons, and I was part of the resistance movement. I can barely remember it now, but it felt like watching a really long movie, with a coherent plot, a principle cast of characters, etc.

Probably the one where I drove to work late at night with an elephant seal in my car, with the intent of letting it loose in the parking lot so it would kill my boss when he left the store. Fortunately, Eric Clapton was living in my car at the time, and he convinced me that this was a bad idea because the seal would probably get hurt. And then he put the seal in the freezer (which was also in my car) for safekeeping until we could return it to the wild.

I've had some weird ones, but the king has to be the ones I get when I fall asleep listening to music. They're not really "dreams" in the traditional sense; they seem to be more like channel surfing in hell. Very quick microdreams full of weird imagery, nonsensical English and outright bizarre or even upsetting events. Once fell asleep listening to Three 6 Mafia. Never again.

I don't know about weirdest, but one that I have remembered over the years because I thought it was the coolest, from when I was a kid.

I dreamt that I was Link, but instead of being in Hyrule I was on that lava planet from Lylat Wars. There was a giant dragon flying spirals around me and through the lava and my health kept ticking down from the heat but it didn't hurt, it was just like it was a game.

Also it was all in those shitty N64 graphics ofc.

I don't know about weirdest, but in the worst dream I've ever had I discovered that my father was a serial killer. I knew I couldn't let him keep killing, but I also knew that he'd rather die than go to prison, so I killed him with the nail scissors, which was really difficult. I had to stab and stab and twist and stab. But I did it, because I wanted him to know he was being killed by someone who loved him unconditionally. It seemed somehow kinder.

For context, my dad and I are incredibly close. Like, Gilmore Girls levels of close. Familial platonic soulmates close. This dream was one of the only times I've even woken up crying.

I dreamed that I was trying to get away from a shooter prowling through the big library at my school.

I woke up and the story of the Virginia Tech massacre was on the radio.
