but money is a factor, too. I don't think I'd want to be in a serious relationship with someone who is planning on working a minimum wage job for the rest of their life.

True, true. This is why I don't get stressed over the job/career thing anymore. We'll probably all be obsolete within our lifetime.

Ah gotcha. So would you see artistic achievement, writing a novel, travelling the word, or doing important charity to be greater ambitions?

Yeah, I would. I think it's important for me that a partner have something that they work toward. Ideally that's tied to the career, but if it was something like an instrument, or writing, or charity work as you said, and they only worked to pay the bills, that's something I'd definitely respect. I don't want a partner who isn't doing anything with their life and has no aspirations at all.
