Re: How separate are your fandom and in person lives?

Anything that's gen (PG13 for violence and swear words, absolutely no romantic relationships whatsoever, no hugs or even handholding), I miiiiight share with my siblings and friends, if I know for certain they like the series. But the former don't really read (a tragedy, I know), and the latter tend to write much better than me (the ones that actively read anyways) so oftentimes that stuff isn't even read.

I think people are vaguely aware I write fanfic and are likely vaguely aware of how sinful fanfic can get, but I'm reasonably certain they don't know I once wrote incest between brothers (both of which were dead) involving a dog and peanut butter and I'd like to keep it that way.

My partner is vaguely aware I write weird fetishes but only insofar as I reassure them I have no intent of overlapping with real life, hahaha.
