Rey/anyone, I want her to be the protagonist with strong friendship bonds with Finn, Poe and everyone else but not get involved with romance at all. That includes Rey/Jessika that is getting quite a bit of steam in my corner of the TFA fandom. It's cute, but it feels very "pair the spare". At this point if I had to pick a ship for Rey at gunpoint I'd go with Reylo, in a very dark, twisted, the-appeal-of-the-dark-side-fucks-up-Rey's-emotions kind of way.

who the hell is this Jessika character?

I've seen pairings with her crop up a few times and I'm pretty sure Rey was one of the only named female characters apart from the storm trooper

Jessika is a X-Wing pilot but I don't think you ever see her out of her helmet so it's easy to forget she exists because she blends in with the other pilots. I also don't believe she's named in the movie but her character is fleshed out a bit in the new canon comics and books.
