Pretty much anything parent child. In my current fandom, my biggest no is Mairon/Aule which thankfully I've only seen a couple times.

Another NOTP is Loki/Thor, mostly because so many people pretend it isn't really incest and that really irritates me.

Snape/Harry is a big one. And it so often comes with woobifying Snape and pretending like he didn't bully Harry. Instant backbutton for me.

Giles/Buffy because he's her father figure. Way too parental for me to ship them.

I've seen functional Snape/Harry (The Boy Who Died a Lot), but the author really had to work for it. So many things can wrong with shipping a spiteful, bitter adult with the kid who reminds him of his ex.

I like Buffy/Giles. Then again, I like Giles/Anyone.

It is a pretty popular ship. It is just way too parental for me to be able to ship it. Plus, Giles reminds me a bit of my dad so I can't really ship him with anyone (other than Jenny, but I don't want to read smut for that). He's one of my favorite Buffy characters, but he's firmly in the parent role for me.
