Dean/Cas

Does their relationship go ~deeper than friendship? Sure! Does Dean have a massive crush on Cas? I can buy it? Are these two actually In Love and capable of carrying on a mutually beneficial long-term relationship? NO

Cas is a probably asexual functionally genderless wave of celestial intent inhabiting a brain dead man's body and Dean is EITHER a very angry homophobic straight man OR a very angry closeted bisexual. They aren't going to rent a condo in Portland and live happily ever after having angsty hijinks.

[NB: this reasoning is not to imply that asexual genderless people can't be in excellent mutually beneficial relationships if they so choose; no further comment]

Dean/Castiel is a huge NoTP for me. I started watching because I'd heard so much about it, then I didn't see it until the writers decided to pander to the audience and by then, it was just annoying.
