Totally agree with Gil/Sara. I actually did keep watching after they got together and I found that Sara improved so much when she was without Gil and after their breakup/divorce. But whenever something about Gil returned (especially regarding Lady Heather), she turned back into this unprofessional, insecure, judgmental character who wasn't interesting to watch. I didn't feel that it made any sense for Gil to be with her (Lady Heather felt more realistic if anyone was going to catch him, though I shipped Gil/Greg hard). She was too judgmental, and he was so open-minded.

I was so frustrated by the series finale and how it walked back the divorce - all the while showcasing WHY they are so terrible together. Sara again loses all sense of professionalism, and she's trying for the CSI Supervisor job, which just puts an exclamation point on this. Also, they can't communicate at all the entire episode. It was just so bad, and left a really bad taste in my mouth after they'd done a pretty good job of building the series back up with the new characters and mostly rehabilitating Sara's character.

Tiva became an NOTP for me when it ended up messing with the writing of the episodes and characters. Tony had some good character growth, but that was thrown out the window whenever Tiva needed it. Storylines would come to a screeching halt for the two of them to have the same conversation over and over. It became clear that their relationship was all about the will-they/won't-they where the show itself wouldn't commit to them, and it was frustrating to watch. I could SEE the behind-the-scenes calculations in every interaction, taking me right out of the episodes. I've been so happy with Tony since Ziva left. It's sad because I could've taken or left Tiva initially but they really executed it terribly.

Criminal Minds is a weird one for me in that I adore all the characters and I'm pretty open to any combination but I really don't have any OTPs. Hotch is my favorite and I'd ship him with anyone but no one really sticks out as THE ONE for him. Same with Reid. Something about him makes him likeable but not shippable for me. Lately, I've kind of liked Hotch/Rossi and Hotch/Morgan pings for me occasionally but nothing that's an OTP for me. I don't think I have any NOTPs either, though I'm not a huge fan of Prentiss either and I was surprised how big the Hotch/Prentiss ship was. I actually shipped her with that guy in the crossover episode (she's had a few one-off characters that I liked her with). It's weird for me because I love the characters and show so much but I never go looking for fic because nothing really grabs me.

I really turned my back on CSI when they killed Warrick off, I know it was mostly cus of the actor, but couldn't he have just gone and worked elsewhere? LA, the arctic, Europe??? And I'm a Gil/Warrick shipper, so, yeah. Basically CSI ended for me just before Gil and Sara hooked up in canon. That being said, I could've handled Gil/Lady Heather too.

I'd drifted away from NCIS for a few years and then just before Cote left, I got back into it and played catch up. I didn't notice a lot of what you mentioned but I was also marathoning them (and I have a habit of ffwding through parts). Yeah, I do think Tony's better w/out Ziva--also I do like his interactions with Bishop--so nice to not have everything be flirting. Here's hoping that when he leaves, it's to take charge of his own team.
