I never really liked Aang and Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Mainly because Aang reminds me too much of a "little brother" kind of character, so it's kind of uncomfortable/squicky to see him in anything other than a platonic relationship with anyone.

Megatron and Starscream from Transformers. Dude, that's straight up abusive right there. No love what so ever. You can't make it work without OOCness going on either, so nope.

Also anything with Woobie!Soundwave in it. If it makes me go "Who the fuck is THAT blubbering mess, and why is he calling himself Soundwave?" I usually nope out of there.
