Since you were in fandom, any writers you would recommend? I need some good reading material :)

It's been over a decade since I was involved and back then I was on a computer that has long since bit the dust. Most of the writers I followed I found through the Anime Web Turnpike. The era of angelfire.

I'm googling now, and I'll let you know if I find anything I recognize. Sorry I'm not more help.
