Tiny me had such a shitty taste in anime dudes. Not saying that all of these are shit characters, but together, they make a pattern of whiny self-obsessed and power-hungry brats that I on later «ironic» re-reads haven’t been able to get over. I almost wish I’d gotten into shounen manga later in life.

So someone, at least, has had the same thought! (No guarantee of quality.)

I'm just happy apparently there is another anon besides me (I'm the Sub-zero/Scorpion secret!OP) who enjoys Mortal Kombat enough to give a shit about the characters. Sindel was one of my favourites from the very first moment she was introduced. I think she's gorgeous too fwiw!

That's one of the aspects I also enjoy about the show! There's so much media that's all about people at odds with each other, and it's enjoyable, but sometimes it's nice to see friendships like the 99 has.
