If this was in the tags (which I assume it was), then yeah, that's a really dumb and petty thing to do.

Also, I really don't like this prevailing idea that Rey is a lesbian and if you think otherwise you're wrong. Not that I have a problem with people shipping what they want, but she doesn't show any romantic interest in anyone over the course of the movie, so unless I missed her making goo-goo eyes at Leia or something, this isn't something people should get holier-than-thou about. :\

I definitely thought there was implied interest between her and Finn, but it wasn't really expanded on.

Yeah, no interest shown in women so far.

Nothing against a lesbian lead - I'd love to see more of those - and nothing wrong with headcanoning a character as lesbian or even just writing fic as though she were, but insisting that it's canon just because you want it to be?? they'd have said that about virtually any popular female lead, I think, and that's not how it works

I know AO3 admin can intervene if a General/Teens rated fic contains M/E rated themes, can't they do something about willfully wrong tagging?

It's one thing if it's an ignored piece of trash, but to be the first result when filtering by kudos AND comments on AO3 must suck.
