I agree with this. It's like Tom or April on Parks and Rec would probably drive you crazy with their shenanigans in real life, but on TV, they're pretty funny (or not, depending on your tastes).

Though I think I'd be okay with Holt and can't imagine not liking Terry in the real, Jake is really hyper, Amy is extremely competitive and Gina is unrelentingly rude to her coworkers so, yeah, they'd probably be pretty tough.
