What work-based show characters do you think would either be great or awful to work with IRL? (Or a mixture of both.) Have you ever worked with equivalents?

Also applies to shows that take place at a school. Similar situation and all that.

I expect working with House would be fucking miserable. Granted, in the real world House would have been sued and stripped of his licenses long ago.

I'd probably be trying to flirt with him and it'd drive him nuts.

I think a lot of "family" work environments on TV (Criminal Minds, CSIs, NCIS, etc.) would be hell in real life. I can't stand people being nosey, and it's always treated as "prying for your own good" or "prying because I care" and ultimately exactly what the person needs. It would get really old super fast in real life though.

Leslie from Parks and Rec: I love Leslie, but I think she'd be very overwhelming to work with in close proximity, and especially as a boss. I had a boss like Leslie and it was a nightmare at times. OTOH, I think I'd love her from a distance, because she gets things done and one of my current frustrations is how so many of my coworkers don't seem to care whether something happens or not. But there's that and there's someone breathing down your neck.

Terry from Brooklyn Nine-Nine: I'd love to work with a Terry. Although he can be a little neurotic.

SA - Sorry about the space. I had more, then erased, but apparently not enough...

But how great would it be to work for Ron. He wants you to be bad at your job. You could do whatever you wanted.

Working for the Addams' family with the right mindset would be great.

The Office(usa) would occassionally be exciting but largely unpleasant.

Pet Shop of Horrors I would in theory like but I would probably get eaten.
