Various places. Usually reblogs from people and tumblr porn blogs (character look alike porn blogs are great for this). Reddit is also a pretty good resource.

Then I have a rarely updated NSFW sideblog I store things (mostly NSFE fanart and porn).

I'd use that last Tumblr as a place to find other people to follow (which is what I usually do).
