I exclusively use Sai. I use the 100 color palette thing to get me more comfortable using different colors, and I follow digital-art-tutorials, posereference, referenceforartists, and fuckyeahillustrativeart on tumblr for art/inspiration.

I usually listen to/watch whatever I'm interested in at the time, since it doesn't distract me from working.
