Re: Lesser Known Fairy Tales

I'm honestly not sure how much these count, but I love the various versions of Cinderella. When I was a kid, the library copies of The Egyptian Cinderella, The Persian Cinderella, and a video of the Chinese Cinderella. On top of that, at home I had a copy of the Perrault Cinderella with utterly gorgeous art, (not the best quality pic, but the same artist also did The Wild Swans, which I also adore), and a book that included the Indian Cinderella.

I'd love to have my own copies of all those books, someday. I love the art on all of them, and I love the variations between cultures. :o
