If I was 100% sure I'd get away with it, that no one would get hurt, and that my home would not be harmed, I'd burn my neighbor's house down. He's such a fucking asshole and has made our lives miserable. Maybe then he'd leave.

Inspired by today. I went to make a sandwich with mozzarella and tomato on it, but we didn't have bread. So I just melted mozzarella on a plate and put tomato on it. It was disgusting. I had to throw it away and felt so bad. I was put off food for at least a few hours. Never again.

Hi guys! I'm starting a new school schedule and I'd like some advice from the long hour working people of Fandomsecrets. I'd like to continue eating healthy.

I have work from 8:00-4:00pm. There is a fridge and microwave. Then, I go to the gym from 4:00-5:00 PM. Then, 4 nights out of five, I drive to school and go from 6:00-10:00PM, and drive home and get there at 11:00.

What are your recommendations for such a late night schedule? Snacks, lunches, etc? I'm a vegetarian. Thanks in advance for any comments! :D

Controlling OCD

I can't get out of the house in the morning without checking multiple times that the doors are locked and the lights, computers, TV, coffee maker, etc., are turned off, and then checking again because I can't remember actually physically doing one of the things. And then sometimes after I get out of the house I'm not sure, so I have to go back in and check, restarting the cycle. Sometimes on particularly bad days, I get the car started before I have to turn it off and go back and check.

I know that it's stupid. I know that I've done everything that needs doing, but I know that if I DID forget, then the house will catch fire, or someone will break in, or...

Therapy, while awesome, is not an option. So how can I streamline my routine a little?

No-longer-suicidal!anon here. Just figured out the random headaches I've been getting for years are full-out migraines (pounding, one side of the head, shooting pain from neck up over the head and behind the eye, pain eases with darkness/silence). This is the first night in two weeks that I've been able to sit at my computer and not be in excruciating pain thanks to Excedrin Migraine and a Red Bull chaser (tastes like shit but it works).

I'm planning to meet with my new GP in February. In the meantime, is there anything besides painkillers that I can do? I'm on 50mg Zoloft so I'm leery about taking too many NSAIDs.
