iirc the series Bloom Into You/Eventually, I Will Become Yours by Nakatani Nio is pretty slow-burn. Character design looks a little standard, but it's not super-crazy-moe and the story sidesteps some cliches with both rather straightforward main characters trying to figure out what love or romance means to them (one could be interpreted as asexual in the translated chapters so far, imo).

Tonari no Robot by Nishi Uko is also relatively slow-moving, but this is one-sided between a girl and an android (who nonetheless shows an unexpected bias towards the girl).

sa -- Oh yeah, and manhwa Fluttering Feelings by Ssamba. Slooooooooow burn, 18 chapters and so far, one of the characters has just breached the "what is this feeling???" wall.
