This is a new thing for me as well, though honestly I only came to this conclusion after *I* wrote something like it ("magic + lust = endless fucking, so she's just getting filed with cum")

I've been fairly lucky that my fandom seems to like this sort of thing as well (I remember other fandoms where the degree to which cum was described was not NEARLY as much), and I've found an OT3 of guy/gal/guy that satisfies my needs quite well as everyone trades off.

They talk about it quite a lot, actually! There's a lot of condoms at first, but then when they make the decision of "yeah we're sticking with this and we're clean" it's clearly specified that she's on birth control.

There's been a bit of discussion about "omg what do" when it comes to kids as well, with the implication that they're all pretty gunshy about it but if it happened it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I tend to overthink my porn as well, so I appreciate a straightforward discussion about family planning!

there is nothing hotter to me in M/M/F smutfic than physical... manifestations, I guess, of two men pleasuring one woman, like creampies and sloppy seconds and dp where the two dicks rub up against each other through her inner walls. unfortunately with my own fav OT3 I'm lucky if the girl even gets a couple of fingers. I've never met a ship subfandom so opposed to giving a girl some dick and dressing it up as a power issue. I'm in withdrawal hell.

Friend, I have good news. It's not just one fic. It is three multi-chapter fics, the third one in progress and updated weekly, with the promise of at least two more planned ones to come (many, many times, there's like, two sex scenes per chapter, and there's plot) All of the buttons you mention are pressed many times, and more.

It's Once Upon a Time fandom, but it's a modern AU. I give this as a general YMMV, but it's Liam x Emma x Killian -- Liam and Killian are brothers. I personally don't consider it incesty, because it's very obvious it's just two brothers who love the same woman and the author goes to great (and sometimes unnecessary, imo, but she gets some stupid anon hate over the pairing so it's her middle finger to them, I get it, I've been there) lengths to remind you of it.
