After reading this article, the judge made the correct choice. http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/toronto-man-found-not-guilty-in-twitter-harassment-trial-widely-viewed-as-a-canadian-first

Two people got into a slapfight on Twitter and the women decided to throw a fit even though they were also saying shit about him.

Obviously nayrt, but I completely agree. I don't think it should have gone to court, but at least the legal precedent went in the right direction.
