Pretty much constantly, though it's mostly The Lancet, Nature etc.

If I read for pleasure it's usually a Russian classic, or a sci-fi classic. I have I Am Legend, Ringworld, A Scanner Darkly, and Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep all just sitting in a folder waiting for a plane ride or something so I can crack them open.
