Have to clean my room.
Hate cleaning.
Please suggest inspirational music, preferably sans vocals.

I usually listen to podcasts. Very distracting from the tedium.

Not sure if any of these are inspirational, but they don't have vocals:

♠ If you don't mind long ass songs, Godspeed You! Black Emperor has a lot of good stuff. My favorite of theirs right now is Mladic.
♠ If that's not your cup of tea, Rodrigo y Gabriela are pretty great to listen to. They're an acoustic guitar duo from Mexico!
Zoe Keating plays amazing cello music (among other stringed instruments. She's a one-woman orchestra)
♠ If you feel like pretending that you're stuck in some sort of future space horror while cleaning your room, you can always give Darkspace a try.

I always thought the mini-series The Pacific had a great soundtrack:

Big band music from the 1930s-40s. Spotify has a ton of it -- search for Paul Whiteman, Ben Bernie, Glen Campbell, Duke Ellington, Vincent Lopez, Ted Fio Rito, Teddy Wilson, Tommy Dorsey, etc.
