I always love when they say their entire family lives somewhere in the US but OMG guys we need to have an extra bedroom because you know everyone is always going to want to stay with us even though we have absolutely no where for them to sit and eat and our bathroom can't handle us, let alone guests.

I LOL at that, but if I ever moved overseas I'd have to get a house/apartment that could accommodate guests, too. There's no way my parents would NOT visit me. I'd be lucky not to get bombarded by visiting cousins, too.

I KNOW! Your family isn't going to come visit you except maybe once. AND NO YOU DON'T NEED A POOL AND AN OCEANFRONT VIEW!

Especially when the realtor is already trying to get them in budget and that extra bedroom pushes them way over the edge.

Or that they want all this space and in downtown. Um no. Not happening.
