I love it because it's so interesting to see what houses and apartments are like in other places in the world. Granted, we're not seeing the full spectrum of homes, but even things like "Everything here is very indoor/outdoor," "Houses here are all made of concrete," and "Apartments in this city are very, very tiny!" is just neat to know. I can't stand the domestic version because it's just WHICH ONE WILL THEY CHOOSE?!? drama that I've heard is totally fake, but the international one is educational!

There was one episode that I wish I could find where they had a servant family in the backyard. The Realtor was like, "So here is the bathroom, here is the kitchen, here is the backyard, and that is your servant and his family living in their hut in the back. You will need to pay him monthly so that he can support his whole family."

The couple was like, "Ummmm. How about we don't choose this house."
