I know it's a base-breaker for Animal Crossing fans, but Happy Home Designer is great, if you ask me. It's got enough challenge while also being fun, oh goodness.

Also Mario Kart isn't too bad on a smaller screen. I actually found it easier to keep track of but that might just be a personal thing?

I will also add that if you're in North America, you can probably still find HHD digital codes at reduced price on eBay. tl;dr people buy the HHD N3DS bundle for just the 3DS and sell the codes.

HHD does designing really well, but that's pretty much the whole game. It's definitely a game I would recommend getting cheaper if you're not sure whether you'd like it or not.
