Try to accept that you're not responsible for another person's life, and you can't make her choices for her or fix her. If it's getting to the point where acting as her unpaid therapist is deleterious to your own mental heath, it might be time to step back and tell her you're there if she wants to talk, but contact social services/the cops if she's making genuine suicide threats.
