Try to talk to her normally. Not about her depression, or offering her support, but just regular everyday conversations that you'd have with any other friend. Try asking for her opinions/advice on everyday stuff.

Basically, try and give her something to take her away from her own issues, even on a small scale. Offering support is great but sometimes just being a friend is as good or better. Of course your sister could choose not to go along with it. You can only do as much for someone as they'll let you.

Also, see if you can find someone to talk to about your own stress.
