job hunting suuuuuucks. :(

don't procrastinate on it, BUT also don't try to do it all at once because it's overwhelming. start by polishing up your resume. print out some copies and put them in a folio if you have one (you can probably find some cheap ones too). then start feeling out opportunities. get to know your co-workers. (how long have you been at this job? not sure if you've talked to a lot of people yet.) figure out how they got hired, where they used to work, where they want to go.

honestly, connections really are one of the biggest factors in getting a job. also if they used any kind of placement program you might look into it.

have you talked to your temp agency about potentially doing temp-to-hire work?
