Eh, he kinda does if you go by the loosest form of "brother complex", it's pretty clear he babies and overprotects Hayato because of what happened before, and he's pretty much that "perfect older brother" type trope that's common in shoujo media. I don't know if that's how secret!OP meant it, but I could see where they might be coming from.

If you're gonna discuss characters with brother complexes let's talk about the Kirishima brothers........ (I ship Natsuya with Nao but damn do he and Ikuya have some things to work out).
