16 - Your friends don't understand why you don't like her for the same reason you don't like her. She was the focal point at the end? Well, she's a big part of the MC's own story, which is why she gets focus. But I guess that just makes fans of the other characters butthurt. The other characters had their own stories with the MC, but they were optional as commus. Aigis' involvement with the MC was not optional. So get over the "omg she gets spotlight and not my favorite character waaaahh"

As person above said, the guys didn't get commus. I think the reason it's hard to care for Aigis in the end if you don't like her (this comes from someone who likes her quite a bit) is because she's the one who the MC (and as an extension; you) spends his last moments with. As much as Aigis is central to MC's story, it seemed to butt the other characters out when surely they were also a part of MC's life too, even if to a lesser extent. I honestly loved the ending, but it would have been sweeter if the other characters actually got to reach MC before he fell into an eternal sleep.
