16. IAWTC. To be totally honest, I don't think she's a very well-written robot-character, and that might be part of the why. She never really read as a 'machine,' to me, more of a 'girl trapped in a machine,' so she always stuck me as a bit of an awkward character? Like, she's not a convincing machine, since her dialogue and actions seem a bit too exaggerated and emotion-ridden, and yet, she's not a girl. I never really got the whole hype about her?

Agreed. I would have liked to see her character handled more maturely, if so much time was to be wasted on dedicated to it. From the outset it was clear that her bond to the main character was emotional, and the "development" of that relationship was unnecessary, as was pointing out that she had emotions herself -- the player already knows that.

16. You aren't the only one out there. I and most of my friends can't stand her either. I won't deny her character development myself, but I will say that it was abyssmally done. While the writers did an admirable job of demonstrating that Koromaru, while a precious life like the rest of the crew, was and always would be simply a dog, they failed utterly at portraying Aigis as a living machine and instead simply transformed her into a human at the end.

I too was utterly dissapointed that the end focused on her at the cost of the, IMO, much more interesting human cast, and like as not will not be playing FES because I have absolutely no interest in her story.

Sorry to prove you right, but I am going to hate on you.

Don't you think that's a bit like "Everyone has borderless icons now 8( god it's so obnoxious"? Maybe it is, maybe you find it "omg too trendy" or whatever. But people also put in a lot of time to make them, just like they do writing or icons or whatever. They're fun and certainly not something worth making a secret about because oh no i think they're just lame now because there are a lot of them.

(as a side note, why does popularity make something lame?)
