Is she really pulling hard? I learned recently that a good way to get a dog to stop pulling is to just stop walking when she does this. It teaches her that pulling won't get her anywhere, whereas waiting for your direction will get her a walk. I haven't done it myself though, and like a lot of training, it takes a long time to work.

I'm not sure? I know that's a silly way to put it, but she's so young, that I can't tell if she's pulling hard- for her- and it just doesn't feel hard because baby, or if she's not pulling that hard, and could pull harder.

I'll also try the not walking thing. :)
