I've always had a soft spot for Ray Liotta, Whoopie Goldberg, and Tina Majorino, because I really loved them in the movie Corrina Corrina.

Oh, I am a sucker for late-80s early-90s Whoopi Goldberg films. Why did she ever get away from doing weird buddy films and go all pundit-y?!

Oh yes I also love early era Whoopi! But actually Corrina Corrina is a bit different - it's set in the '50s and it's a very heartfelt romance between a black woman and a widowed father. It just makes me feel a lot of feelings.
