I have two recs for you:

1) Never Give Up - Mutou Hiromu (manga)
2) Vanilla Ice - Kim Woo Hyun (manhwa)

I feel like I've read others but for the life of me I can't think of any more. Sorry!

Never Give Up looks amazing, am I reading this right, an androgynous pretty male lead with a reverse trap female character to boot?

Yup!

Vanilla Ice is pretty much the same thing, haha. Like, exactly the same thing, only in korean. :3

OH! OH! I can't believe I forgot this one! Otomen by Aya Kanno! If you haven't read it before, you'll probably like it a lot! It's super cute!

Actually all this talk of feminine male leads reminded me of "The Lunatic Red Princess", a really cute oneshot you can read here (http://mymangaonline.net/read-online/Akahime-Ranshin-Ch-0.html). The male lead is a female-role kabuki actor.

As for Otomen, I've actually heard of that one before, but I've heard very....mixed things, haha. A friend of mine said it ended up feeling very stereotypical and kind of cardboard-fakey in the reversal of gender roles.
