I don't mind the idea of chubby characters in theory.

That however is a horrific photoshop. What the hell is that.

It doesn't look like she has a chubby face, it just looks like she has a bigger head?

IA, the face looks unnatural. If it were done better I might dig it, but I'm also fine with Rikku being thin considering how active she is. (Though I also know you can be active and heavy depending on health issues and/or what/how much you eat.)
