Except that Lily would never have ended up dating him if he hadn't changed. Even in that memory, Lily still HATED James, remember? Her feelings for James had nothing to do with her feelings for Snape. Each was judged by his own actions, and Lily chose to marry James. That's proof enough for me.

Not for me. I want to see that change. Otherwise I'm gonna believe that Lily settled. Not that I wanted her with Snape (i don't ship tbh),just that I believe she deserved better.
