Who cares if they're written by a white cis dude? What's important is that you find them well-written. However, it's a little weird these are the only female characters you can relate to.

I know... But to be fair, I very rarely relate to characters at all. That I like characters and find them well-written happens often, that I can see myself in them quite seldom, so it could very well just be a by-product of it simply being a lot more dudes in media.
