The horror!

When you wake up and your jaw is killing you. Do I have an abscess or need a root canal????? Or did I clench my teeth in my sleep.

What are some things that make you super anxious that could be super benign OR a problem that could cost thousands of dollars to fix.

In my head, any random pain may well be a sign of impending illness and/or death.

I've heard jaw pain can precede a heart attack in women.

As someone who had an abscessed tooth recently and have he clenching variety of bruxism, both suck

as for your question, sometimes if I don't properly wash off deodorant everyday it will clog my pores and make my underarm kinda swollen and painful. This is a thing that happens to me. I know its a thing that happens to me, I know how to treat it.
But everytime I get so scared I have lymphoma

Sometimes I wonder if everything I attribute to my anxiety is really caused by that or not. Sometimes I think I should get my heart checked out especially.

I'm the exception rather than the rule in this situation, so I don't want to cause you more anxiety. I have three diagnosed heart conditions now and anxiety. Joy.

If you can keep track of what you're doing leading up to when you're feeling anxious and what your thoughts and feelings are like, you might learn more. I assumed I was becoming agoraphobic or my panic attacks were getting more frequent when I was having tachycardia upon standing - it happened more outside because I would keep walking when I started to feel really dizzy or short of breath, whereas at home I would sit down.

I can tell the difference now because my thoughts when I'm actually having a panic attack are all over the place. My thoughts when my heart is doing weird things are usually "I really want to try those new spicy chips" or something really boring. I've picked up on some other physical signs too.

I also get abrupt adrenaline spikes for no discernible reason that leave me really shaky for ages.

If it is something that's causing you to feel more anxious, you can always talk to your doctor about it.
