Seriously? You are the first person to suggest that this is true for most of the refugees. I can buy that some people are sneaking in. But it seems like most of them are fleeing ISIS.

We have our own influx of refugees (or people who should be considered refugees) who are fleeing violence in South America. No one not involved in the violence themselves should be forced to stay in a place where they risk being killed or tortured or raped. Our own immigration policies are ridiculous because even though we signed the same treaty that European countries did that gave rise to asylum, we've given the treaty our own definition so we can restrict who can qualify. And that's awful. But it would be equally awful for people who actually qualify as a refugee in Europe to be sent back.
