It won't be the same for everyone. Check with your doctor and pharmacist to make sure it won't interact with any drugs you're currently taking. Also keep in mind that if you're in the U.S., herbal supplements aren't regulated the way medication is. You have no way of knowing if the St. John's wort pills you get have any St. John's wort in them, or if they're placebos, or whatever. Just a heads up.
