Not too bad, since I'm still in decent shape and have the mentality of a teenager ;p Spend a fair amount of time talking to 17-year-old officer cadets about League of Legends and sick gaming rigs. I'm also far from the oldest person there - our platoon includes a 46-year-old will-be intelligence officer (and former detective of about 20 years).

Yes, our military is fully integrated, right down to the combat arms and special forces. During training exercises I sleep in tents right next to people with dicks and shit in the same boxes.
